TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This Agreement ("Agreement") sets forth the terms and conditions of your ("Buyer & Lessee") use of the domain name services provided by DomainIcons.Com ("Seller") to resell and/or lease domain names. This Agreement will become effective upon acceptance by DomainIcons.Com

Eligibility

Our services are available only to individuals who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. Without limiting the foregoing, our services are not available to minors. If you do not qualify, please do not use our services.

1. The agreed upon sale price is for the rights to, and transfer or lease of, domain names ONLY. All future registration renewals, web hosting, development, content and/or support will be the sole responsibility of the buyer. Registration renewals, web hosting, development, content, and/or additional support is not provided or implied by the seller as part of this agreement.  

2. No guarantees are made or implied for the future performance of the domain[s].

3. Buyer/ Lessee assumes all future responsibilities for the domain name[s]. Settlement of any and all potential disputes that may arise regarding any leased or purchased/transferred domain name[s] will be the sole responsibility of the buyer/ lessee. Payment of any and all associated fees and/or taxes will be sole responsibility of the buyer/lessee. The buyer/lessee is solely responsible for any and all current and future domain name registration fees and renewals. The buyer/lessee is solely responsible for understanding and completing the domain name registration process. The buyer/lessee will be solely responsible for renewing the domain name purchased upon any future date of registration renewal. It is strongly suggested that any prospective domain name purchaser review the current registration status of any domain name that they are interested in buying prior to purchase.

4. Full payment is due within five [5] business days of offer acceptance by seller. If payment is not received within five [5] business days, the buyer's or lessee's offer will be considered null and void and the domain[s] will again be made available to any other qualified party. Transfer of the domain[s] will initiate ONLY AFTER payment has cleared and funds are assured to be available to DomainIcons.Com. Certified funds are recommended for fastest results. Funds must be paid in United States currency [U.S. Dollars ($)] only.

5. After funds have cleared, DomainIcons.Com will initiate transfer of the domain[s] with the administrative and billing contact information provided by the buyer. The buyer will be required to provide NAME, ADDRESS, PHONE NUMBER, FAX NUMBER, VALID IDENTIFICATION (driver's license, E-MAIL ADDRESS of the new administrative and billing contacts. DomainIcons.Com cannot initiate transfer/lease of the domain[s] without this information.

6. DomainIcons.Com has no control over any registrar's domain transfers and may not influence it. The length of time involved with a registrar's domain transfer process may and will vary dependent upon numerous factors and circumstances. This procedure is completely beyond DomainIcons.Com's control and will not be able to be expedited. For security reasons, most registrars require both parties prior to the transfer sign a domain ownership transfer document. Again, this procedure is completely beyond DomainIcons.Com's control.

7. After the administrative and billing contacts have been successfully completed and transferred, the buyer/lessee will have sole responsibility for having the domain[s] transferred to a new server for hosting.


8. The buyer/lessee will be required to sign and fax a copy of these TERMS AND CONDITIONS to seller prior to initiating any transactions. A signed, original copy of these TERMS AND CONDITIONS is required to be supplied by the buyer to DomainIcons.Com prior to the completion of the transfer/lease initiation[s]. It is recommended that a copy be mailed along with payment for domain[s].
